Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Juçaï of 200 ml (any flavor)
- 50 ml of coconut water or natural water
- ½ natural ripe banana (cut into pieces)
Steps:
- Let the Juçaí jar thaw for about 10 minutes at room temperature
- Then just mix it in a blender with the coconut water and the banana
